This tutorial was written on April 24th 2009 by Susan aka Hippiedaze.
I'm still new to this so please be kind lol.
The idea for this tag is off my own head lol and any resemblance is purely coincidence.
General Knowledge of psp is required, tutorial was written in psp 9 but will work in other versions.
Supplies Needed
Tubes of Choice I used the artwork of Ismael Rac, you must have a proper license to use his work please visit MPT - mypsptubes HERE
FTU Scrap Kit 'So Cute' by Chriscraps @ chriscraps designs HERE
Template #21 by Lacarolita @ Lacarolitas Designs HERE
Mask #34 by Vix HERE

Plugin Used Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow
Effects Used - Textured Effects - Weave
(Open template etc & save mask to psp folder before you begin)
( this kit is huge so i resized the papers by 15% then again by 80% throught out)
Lets Get Started
Open the template, hit shift & d on your keyboard, this pastes the template as new image, close the original template. Delete info layer, I resized mine a little at this point, go to image, resize, change width & height to around 85%, smartsize and make sure resize all layers is checked, if you prefer you can skip the resizing and can resize later, i just find it easier working with it at this size
Click on Raster 1 layer , select all, select float, select defloat then paste paper 9 or any you choose, resize a little to suit yourself, check my size settings above, then go to selections, invert, hit delete on your keyboard then delete the original layer.
On the layer you just created, go to effects, eye candy 4000, gradient glow with the following settings...
Glow Width - 3.00 Soft Corners - 25 Overall Opacitiy - 100 Colour - White. Fat.
Repeat gradient glow again but change the colour to Black or one of your choice.
Click on Raster 2 layer, i left this white but added the gradient glow, same setting as above but only the once with colour Black.
Click on Raster 3 layer, selections, select all, float, defloat and paste paper 14 or one of choice, remember to resize, selections invert, hit delete on keyboard and then select none. Delete original layer.
On new layer created add the gradient glow, same settings, colour black.
Click on Raster 4 layer, repeat step above with different paper of choice, remeber to resize paper lol, select none then delete original layer, add the gradient glow to the new layer created. same settings, colour black.
Click on Raster 5 layer, repeat above step again using paper 3 or one of choice, remember to resize paper, select none and delete original layer, add gradient glow to the new layer.
Same step again for Raster 6 layer, I used paper 3 again, same gradient glow settings.
Now click on bottom white layer, add new raster layer and floodfill with a colour from your tube, go to layers, load mask from disc, then find the mask we loaded at the start (Vix Mask #34) Make sure the following settings are set... Fit to canvas - checked Source luminace - checked Invert transparency - unchecked Hide Mask - checked then go to layers, merge group & resize to suit your tag using the deform tool if needed, once you get it how you want it, duplicate the mask layer and go to layers, mirror & on the mirrored layer, go to effects, textured effects, weave with the following settings... Gap size - 3 Width - 6 Opacity - 8 Weave colour - Black Gap Colour - Black Make sure fill gaps is checked. Paste doodle 2 element from kit and resize to liking, just so it shows from behind your template shapes.
Add some more elements and splash around tag where liked, remember to resize as needed as the elements are huge too I added the gradient glow to a few elements, the choice is yours.
Make sure your on the top layer and paste your tube, resize as needed and place where you like it. Add a dropshadow to tube.
If you didnt resize earlier, nows the time to do that crop and resize if you wish to, I resized to around 500x500 but you can go smaller if you like.
Add your name, I used Fabulous font and added the gradient glow.
Add artist info and copyright info.
Save as jpeg or .png. and we're done lol.
