Open all supplies before you start & save mask to psp masks folder if you dont already have this ....

Lets Get Started....

Open your template, hit shift & d on the keyboard to duplicate, now you can close the original template.
Delete info layer.

Activate the layer named rectangle, go to selections, select all, select float, select defloat, you should have the marching ants blinking around the rectangle yes ? then take a paper of choice from the kit and paste as a new layer position how u want it and then go to selections and select invert then hit delete on your keyboard to remove the excess paper, you should now have the rectangle filled with the paper, go to selections and select none and you can delete the original rectangle layer now.
Go to effects and select eye candy 4000, gradient glow then use the following settings to add a glow to the rectangle :-

Glow Width - 3.00 .... Soft Corners - 25 .... Overall Opacity - 100 .... Colour - black, move the slider to about half way along to the middle, this will make the border bolder, click ok.

Repeat the steps above on both oval layers using different papers, add the same gradient glow to oval 1 layer also and delete the original ovals once done.

On oval 2 layer go to effects, select textures then choose blinds and add the following settings :-
Width - 26 ...Opacity - 91 ... Colour - Dark Grey or colour of choice ... horizontal - unchecked ... light from top - checked, now click ok.
Now add the gradient glow used in the above steps on this oval layer.

Activate the frame back layer and go to selections, select all, select float, select defloat then paste a paper of choice as a new layer, you can resize this a little if you want to, once happy with it go to selections and select invert then hit delete on your keyboard, do not de select yet and take a close up tube of your choice then paste as a new layer, position it how u like then hit delete on the keyboard to remove the excess tube and now she should be neatly inside the frame.
Go to effects, select xero, choose mistifier and use the following settings to add a mist effect to the tube :-
Haziness - 128 .... Strength - 128 ....Red Mist - 255 .... Green Mist - 255 .... Blue Mist - 255 now click ok.

Activate the frame layer now, i simply left this white and added the same bold gradient glow we used before on this but you could colourise or whatever you wish to match your tubes.

Activate the bats layer and repeat the same steps above as for the shapes and use one of the dark papers to fill the bats, you can also delete the original layer when done.

Activate the bottom white layer and paste a paper of choice as a new layer,
go to layers select load mask from disc and choose the first mask that we saved at the start (wsl #84) use the following settings :-
Fit to canvas - checked .... Source luminace - checked .... Invert transparency - unchecked .... Hide Mask - checked, click ok, go to layers, merge group. I used my deform tool and stretched the mask out a little to cover more background.

Activate the bottom white layer once more and paste a different paper from the kit as a new layer, go to layers select load mask from disc and choose the first mask that we saved at the start (wsl #345) use the following settings :-
Fit to canvas - checked .... Source luminace - checked .... Invert transparency - unchecked .... Hide Mask - checked, click ok, go to layers, merge group. I stretched this one at left & right sides so it covers most of background.

Activate the top layer of your canvas now to add main tube and the elements....

Take your choosen tube and paste as a new layer, resize as needed, remember to tick bicubic on resize for the tubes, place on your canvas where you think it looks good then add a dropshadow in white.

The choice of elements is up to you but whichever you choose remember to add each element as a new layer and resize as needed, the elements should be resized by smartsize, place elements around the tag where you like them also add a dropshadow to any elements you wish.

Once you finish decorating your tag crop or resize if you didnt at the start.

Add your name, artist info & copyright.
Save as jpeg or .png.

And I think thats us about done.
