Nawty Nurse (FTU)

This tutorial was written on October 30th 2009 by Susan aka Hippiedaze.
The idea for this tag is off my own head lol and any resemblance is purely coincidence.
General Knowledge of psp is required, tutorial was written in psp 9 but will work in other versions.

Supplies Needed

Tube of Choice, I used the artwork of Barbara Jensen, you must have a proper license to use her work please visit - HERE.
FTU Scrap Kit 'Nurse Naughty Add On' by Shani aka Wicked Princess, this is part of the medical mayhem blog train and you can get Shani's part from her blog - HERE.
Template Used - #86 by Lou @ Truly Toxic Designs - HERE.
No Mask Used.
Plugin Used - Eye Candy 4000, Gradient Glow.
Dropshadow Effect.
Font of Choice for your Name.

Get all your supplies ready before we start....

Open Lou's template #86, click shift & D on your keyboard, this will duplicate the template, close the original now and keep for future use. Delete the info layer on your new image canvas.

Go to image, select resize and choose to resize by around 65% smartsize with the resize all layers tab checked.
Now click on the bottom white layer and go to image again, select canvas size this time and choose 600x600 click ok. You should now have a larger background, this is for working with the elements and such and you can always crop and resize later.

Activate the waved lines layer, go to selections, select all, select float, select defloat then take a paper from the kit and paste as a new layer, resize just a little, remember resize all layers should be unchecked this time and once happy with size go to selections again and select invert then hit delete on your keyboard this will erase the excess paper from around the template shape, now go to selections and select none. Now deletethe original layer.

Repeat this step for the other template layers , i.e hearts, Thin rectangles and Thin rectangles 2 layers, use different papers from the kit as you choose and delete the original layers as you work.

I added a gradient glow to all my template layers, this is up to you though... if your adding the glow the settings i used were as follows :-
Glow Width - 3.00 ... Soft Corners - 25 ... Opacity - 100 .... Colour - I used red white and black for colours and moved the slider along till i had a triple coloured glow, this is up to you though.

Now activate the bottom white layer and take one of the splatter elements, paste as a new layer then go to image and select resize, choose resize by 50% smartsize twice then move the splatter to the top left of your canvas, go to layers, select duplicate then go to image and select mirror, back to image and select flip, now you should have the splatter in top left and bottom right.

Take the other splatter now and repeat the step above except this time put your first splatter in the top right of the canvas, see mine as example.

Take the glitter rain element from the kit and paste as a new layer, resize as needed and move to near top of the canvas, go to layers, select duplicate and then go to image and select flip so you have the glitter rain at top and bottom of your tag.

Now we will activate the top layer of your canvas and paste the wire frame as a new layer. resize as needed and place in the middle of your canvas. I didnt add any glow or shadow to this layer.

Take your tube and paste as new layer, go to image and select resize, choose to resize by around 80% bicubic with resize all layers tab unchecked, if you use the same tube as i did then grab your earser tool to erase a little at the bottom so the tube isnt hanging over the wire frame. Add a dropshadow to your tube layer.

Now its time to decorate your tag with any other elements you wish to use, paste each element as a new layer, resize as needed and place where you want around the tag, add a small dropshadow to the element layers if you wish.

When done adding elements, select the crop tool and select any extra white backing thats showing then click the tick tab to crop to size.

Now time to add your name, artist info and copyright info.

Save as jpeg or .png.
